How to use

Great starter set, so much value
This is an awesome starter kit with sooooo many pieces. I loved that it had everything needed to try out acrylic nails, including an e-file with bits, but with a ton of extra sparkly addon for nail art - how fun. I've done my own nails for a long time using Gel-x style, but I've wanted clean french and to try acrylic for the longest time. Spoiler alert - turns out that I'm very bad at acrylic nails (for now!) but I'm committed to getting better! There's much more of a learning curve than I expected. My skill aside, the only downside of the acrylic process is the SMELL. It's awfully potent and took a very long time to air out my craft room. Even a few days later I was still really smelling it and decided to store the monomer liquid inside double zip lock bags which really helped. Some brands sell a low-odor monomer; I'm planning to buy some of that for my next practice session.

There are 2 practice fingers and practice nails. The acrylic powders and fluid are included. The fluid is very stinky and has a strong smell but that is normal. It is so strong that I was worried it had leaked but it had not. There is a nail grinder plus nail glue, polish, brushes, sparkles, etc etc etc. There is even some tiny little molds to make nail art with. Overall a great value for the beginner to dip their toe in with!
