FAQs
Does this case fit the slimmer PlayStation Vita 2000 model?
No, this protective case is engineered exclusively for the first-generation PlayStation Vita 1000 standard series. It will not fit the 2000 Slim version, as the two models have different dimensions, port layouts, and button shapes.
Can I access the 3G SIM card slot while this case is on the console?
This metallic hard case is designed to block access to the 3G SIM card slot once snapped into place. If you need to swap SIM cards, you will need to gently unclip and remove the case.
Does the rear shell interfere with the use of the unique rear touchpad?
Not at all. The rear plastic cover features a precise, wide cutout that completely exposes the rear touchpad, allowing for unobstructed touch functionality during gameplay.
Is this Cosmos PS Vita case an authentic imported product available in India?
Yes, it is. Dropy India directly sources this genuine Cosmos protection case from authorized distributors in the United States, ensuring Indian handheld gaming enthusiasts receive an authentic premium accessory.
How can I make sure my console is the correct 1000 version for this case?
You can identify your console by looking at the Start and Select buttons on the front. The compatible 1000 series features distinct oval-shaped Start and Select buttons, whereas the incompatible 2000 Slim model features perfectly circular buttons.
