Crayola Hue Wonder Toy Story
Takes 4 AA batteries, and word to the wise :) --- don't accidentally throw away the clear plastic splatter shield since it quite much just appears favor packaging material in the box that can be discarded. Very basic operation, with just a green button to push to start and stop, though this could get quite messy if young kids were using it without supervision - worth adding here that the paint tubes/droppers are crafted in such a way that when you stop squeezing them, the tiny dab of paint goes back up into the tube/dropper, so you don't end up with dripping paint on yourself or down the sides of the tubes/droppers. I didn't have one drop of paint that went out beyond it - though if I attempted to place drops of paint very close to the splatter shield, just to the interior of its edge, I did end up with most of the paint alongside the interior of the splatter shield rather than decorating the paper. The paint spin base has a hefty feel to it, not too weighty but solid, and is 10" x 9", and the larger paper is 6" across with the smallest being about 3 1/2". I was very sparing in how much paint I used to make the design in my photo. The paint tubes/droppers come pre-cut so they drop the faultless amount of paint onto your paper - you can squeeze the paint harder if you want more to come out. Also, they're refillable, so I consider that to be a cost savings. hold the paper. If you look at the picture I took, you can see the paint inside the splatter shield, along the outer edge, that's from where I got to close to the splatter shield when dripping paint ---- the paint is on the interior of the splatter shield not outside of it making a mess. The splatter shield does a fantastic job of keeping the paint from getting all over.
