FAQs

What are Dawn sponges?

Dawn sponges are premium dual-sided kitchen cleaning tools manufactured by the Dawn brand. They combine a durable non-scratch scrubbing texture with absorbent cellulose to safely clean dishware, non-stick cookware, and delicate glassware without leaving scratches.

What are non-scratch sponges?

Non-scratch sponges are specially engineered cleaning pads designed to lift tough grease and baked-on residue without damaging delicate surfaces. Unlike traditional steel wool or heavy abrasive pads, they are safe for non-stick cookware, ceramic, and glass.

What is the best material for a dish sponge?

Cellulose combined with a non-abrasive synthetic scrubbing mesh is widely considered the best material combination for dish sponges. Cellulose holds liquid soap and absorbs spills well, while the non-scratch mesh scrubs away food particles safely.
