    Supplement is pretty good!

    I'm pleased with this supplement. I have multiple nutritional needs and I was surprised that the ingredients contained most of them. I'm thrilled that they are methylated and in a capsule; occasionally my digestive tract doesn't breakdown regular pills.I've been taking them for a couple of weeks now and generally feel better. I have little more spring in my step!

    Well tolerated B Complex

    This is actually far more than just a B-Complex as the label suggests. It contains DHEA, PABA, Inositol, and Cranberry as well as a complete B-Complex. I've been taking 2 caps each morning for the past 2.5 weeks and have noticed a slight improvement in energy (likely from the DHEA). I've tolerated it just fine... even on an empty stomach (not recommended but okay if you have a cast iron stomach like mine), but most should probably take it with food to avoid any queasy feeling. The ingredients appear to be of good quality but I have noticed my urine is not the bright yellow that usually happens after taking a B-Complex. This is probably due to the relatively low riboflavin (B2) content of only 12mg per 2 capsules (other version are closer to 40mg per the same 2 capsules). However, I'm feeling good and it's easy to take so I'm rather pleased. For the price, 240 capsules is quite the bargain too.
