    Good value

    This is by far the best brand of cinnamon supplements I noticed I have a sensitivity to soy among other things where I have trouble finding vitamins or supplements that do not cause me gastrointestinal issues. These have worked great. I was impressed by that one, but it was a happy aftereffect. They help with my sugar levels and keeping them more steady, but I've also helped with my HS keeping my skin clear.
