    Take with food only

    This wasn't used to drop weight as my weight gain pertains to a hormonal imbalance caused by my medication. However, after taking these pills one week during my cycle, once my cycle ended I dropped belly fat and a couple of pounds. The bloated feeling and puffiness went away. Anyone experiencing fibroids and gained weight from medication that want to lose can benefit. Lastly my diet consisted of alkaline water ph 9 and above, tons of grapes, 1 home made sandwich and orange juice daily. Not by choice I just don't have an appetite with my hormones going crazy.Eat before taking these pills. Can make you feel light headed and cause a stomach ache. I don't recommend drinking more than a couple of alcoholic beverages weekly while taking them.
