  Helped cure my heart palpitations

  NOTE: I am not a doctor or medical professional. Consult a doctor if you have heart palpitations or before using this product.I am a 29 year old male who deals with hereditary heart palpitations. Most of the males in my family get them frequently, and it has been determined by thorough medical review that they are idiopathic. Until taking this product, nothing made my palpitations go away. Certain things such as caffeine and lack of rest would always result in an increase in heart palpitations, but even if I had a great rest and completely avoided caffeine, I would still get a flutter in my chest from time to time. Heart palpitations are almost always harmless, and were definitely harmless in my case. However, for me, they caused me a great deal of stress and unease. Sometimes I would feel like my heart was dropping out of my chest and would get a bit lightheaded. After the palp subsided, I would get a great deal of anxiety over the palp, and worry about it. Palpitations had me go to the cardiologist several times. I've had EKGs, echo cardiograms, stress tests, and have worn a heart monitor. Tests showed I had a normal but annoying amount of PVCs (extra beats). Most people have them all the time, but don't feel them. I felt each and every one and it was extremely disconcerting. Although I am in shape and exercise, doctors considered putting me on a beta blocker if the palps became worse. I needed relief from these palpitations, and came across research that Coq10 was good for the heart, cholesterol, and could offer relief from heart palpitations.I have been taking this product nearly everyday for about 8 months. In those 8 months, my heart palpitations have decreased by 90%. I understand that correlation does not mean causation, but it's very hard for me not to attribute my "cure" of heart palpitations to this product. In addition to the lack of heart palps, I have an increase in my energy, and my BP and cholesterol levels have both gone down, even though they were already at healthy levels before. I will continue to take Doctor's Best Coq10. It is an affordable, quality product that has worked wonders for me. Before trying this product I tried routine exercise, magnesium supplements, and a bunch of other "remedies" for heart palps. Nothing worked, although I still continue to exercise regularly. I highly recommend this product for heart palps. It's not just for people taking statins or for the elderly. Again, consult with a doctor to make sure heart palps aren't the sign of an underlying cause such as a heart, thyroid, or other underlying issue.

  They seem to work wonderful...!!

  Ok. I'd like to address some of the reviews on here regarding clumping. These are gel tabs. It's not unusual for anything that's a gel tab, to clump and stick together. They're not melted. What I did with mine when I received them, is, I knocked a few loose, because I wanted to take one right away, then I placed the bottle in the fridge. The next day, when I shook the bottle, many were loose and the 3rd day almost all of them were loose. No problems. So, if they arrive clumped together, just shake the bottle then place it in the fridge, and shake it every day when you take one out. The packaging was perfect and nicely sealed.As for these little pills. They're very easy to swallow. That's a huge plus. I hate huge pills. But these are super easy.Here's why I ordered them. I started taking Rosuvastatin back in March. By mid April I was having unusual joint pains and they kept getting worse. So, late April I quit taking the Rosuvastatin. But in May I was still in pain and the Dr said he didn't know what was causing it but he doubted the statin because he said the pain should have gone away within a couple weeks not taking it. So, I went back to taking the Rosuvastatin. And my joint pains got worse. The pain was so bad, I couldn't sleep. So on Aug 1st, I stayed up researching Rosuvastatin. And I read a lot. Then I stumbled on articles regarding Coq10, joint pain and statins. So, I was up until about 3am on Aug 2nd, on Dropy, looking for something that I was no only willing to try, but could get to me that morning, and I came across these. So, I ordered them. I took one right away. By the way, do make sure you eat something solid, like a half sandwich. They will cure you of any constipation you might have. It wasn't bad though. But any way, I took one that same day. Saturday I took one with my breakfast. Sunday, wow ... The difference was incredible. I was no longer in pain, just really sore. Today, Aug 5th, I've had my 4th one and I'm doing even better than yesterday. These things work, at least for me, they have worked. I hope they continue to work as they have been because if they do, then I should be pain free in a few weeks.And, for clarification when I say joint pain, I mean my knees hurt to walk up and down our stairs, my hip joints started hurting, my lower back had started hurting, the back of my neck area had started hurting, my hands... Both of hands hurt so bad I couldn't stand the pain and it made very difficult to use my hands. And now... Like I said, wow... The difference is like night and day and I've only had 4 of these pills.And if you're wondering, I'm not taking the Rosuvastatin. I quit. It's not worth everything I've been through since being on it. I took my last one on July 31st. No more. Now I'm talking Coq10 and a multivitamin.Personally, I'd highly recommend these.
