    Order the cream with this

    I ordered the Dr.Melaxin Calcium Bonding Serum because I was looking for something to address aging skin and barrier repair. I really like this brand and ordered this alongside the matching cream. The serum is an intense purple color, but it does not stain the skin. The texture is lightweight, but it does feel sticky until it fully absorbs. Once absorbed, the hydration is intense. When layered with the Dr.Melaxin Calcium Bonding Facial Cream, the combination is where magic (or science) happens. My skin feels genuinely plump and filled in, not just surface-level moisturized. I've been concerned about skin thinning and loss of density with age since I see it on my mom's face. Thr plumping effect is really good with this serum and cream together. My laugh line looks filled in and my skin feels like filled in and pulled up. There is fragrance in this serum. I've never had any problems with this brand's fragrances items and I didn't have problems with this line either. It has a pleasant, floral scent. Regarding value, the price was around $25. This is 2.7 oz. More than twice the amount for most serums. The price is magical too. The price is good the effectiveness is good.

    Super moisturizing but not greasy

    I love anything I've tried from Dr Melaxin and this is no different. Maybe it's placebo but I feel like my skin looks younger when I use this and its super moisturizing. It feels a tad tacky until it's completely absorbed and then it's just glow. Forgive my acne breakout in my photos but the amount I applied to my face covered an entire half of my face and then some! I like to use skin care on my neck, jaw and chest though so that small amount can also be distributed further down to improve you from chest up in one dropper. It has a very very light scent but it smells luxurious and makes me feel like I just finished getting a facial at the spa. As always, Dr melaxin delivers with great prices and amazing products. This will be in my daily skincare routine now especially since it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin or make my eczema flare up.

My favorite way to use it is right after the shower and after using one of the Dr. Melaxin peel shots. The serum goes on so lightweight and smooth with a silky texture that absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky residue. My favorite thing about the product though that makes me crave its use is the scent. I've thought about it every time that I put it on trying to figure out what I like so much about it. The only thing I can think of is that it smells "rich" and "luxury". It is not a long lasting or lingering scent but it just lifts my spirits upon application. I appreciate the ingredient blend as well. The formula features REBORNIC 10,000ppm, a calcium complex, and collagen, all designed to help improve skin elasticity, density, and firmness. It provides lasting hydration while leaving my skin feeling smoother, plumper, and more refreshed after each application. With consistent use, I noticed my skin looked more supple and felt firmer, especially around areas that tend to lose elasticity over time like eyes and lips. While deeper lines and sagging naturally require ongoing use and realistic expectations, this serum gave my complexion a healthier, more lifted appearance. The 1.69 fl. oz. bottle offers a good amount of product, and only a small pump is needed for each application, generally it comes out as about half of the dropper full.
