    Hydrating cleanse!

    This handcrafted bar of soap is made with Kojic Acid, Tumeric and Natural Oils. It's pleasantly scented and rich in ingredients to nourish skin and improve uneven skin tone while it cleanses. Applying water and rubbing this unique serum soap creates a rich and silky lather that initially does have a "stringy stretchy" appearance…just like the photo on the box. But after massaging the lather on my face and rinsing with warm water, what a hydrating cleanse and refreshing feel!

    Packaging is hilarious but this is actually amazing soap

    Why is this soap so stretchy? 😆 The description is no lie, you guys. This bar has some major "magnetic" viscosity. Think…pizza cheese. But slimy. I dunno if I'm a big fan of the texture but everything else is really awesome. Besides the stringiness of this soap when it lathers, I also noticed how nice and thick the bar is. I would have probably preferred rounded corners but it'll soften with time obviously. And the scent! I'm in love with the scent. I dunno why I was expecting something more turmeric-y but it actually smells like orange sorbet. Yum. There are so many great plant-based ingredients in this bar including the turmeric, bitter orange peel oil, olive oil, gardenia fruit extract, and the kojic acid. It also has niacinamide and panthenol. And the soap does also clean super well. Going on the skin it's thick and slimy (but also soft I guess?). It quickly rinses away to reveal smooth, residue free skin that feels great. And although the bar size is a bit clumsy to hold right now, it should last a good long while.

    I love how it smells. So far so good, it works really well. I feel that it cleans you efficiently. It does leaves you feeling a little dry after you're done. But all in all a great product. Skin seems to be benefiting from this soap very well. No break outs for it either.
