    Great for a change of routine. Noticeable moisturizing boost!

    This is my first experience with a jelly serum. Prior to this product I've only used the familiar liquid serums. This is of course, considerably firmer than those and a much denser product. I've used this during my nighttime skincare routine over the past couple evenings since I'm not quite certain how cosmetics will apply over during for daytime use. Yes, it does take some time to settle in so it requires a small bit of patience. The Dr. Melaxin triple jelly serum feels soothing and moisturizing with a very noticeable hydration and brightening boost. I enjoy the texture and sensation of the jelly on my face and neck. Not sure if I'd switch over full time to jelly serums but for now it's a nice change-up of routine.

    Sticky texture, good results

    I was surprised by the consistency of this. It feels like thick jelly. It leaves a bit of a sticky residue on my skin for quite awhile after application. For that reason, I prefer to use this at night. The adorable tiny spoon makes it easy to get just the right amount. You don't need a ton of this per use. It feels nice and soothing and moisturizing on my skin. I have had some scarring from past breakouts and this seems to even out my complexion. It has a bit of a medicinal smell. It's not my favorite scent, but it's not offensive either or super strong.

    Layers nicely

    I got this because I have some dark spots and melasma that I would like to lighten. This serum is a red jelly-like substance and comes with a little spoon that is very useful when getting product out of the container. I have been applying the serum twice a days for 14 days so far and haven't really noticed much of an improvement. It may take a little longer to notice a change though. I have not noticed any irritation and it doesn't interact negatively with my snail mucin or moisturizer. It layers nicely. It does have a very light smell which I don't notice after application and I'm fairly sensitive to scents.

    You jelly ? lol

    I really like the texture of this Dr. Melaxin product. It has a smooth, lightweight consistency that feels comfortable on the skin and spreads easily without being sticky or heavy. I actually like the way this feels on my skin better compared to the Anua brand. It absorbs well and layers nicely with the rest of my routine. Overall, the texture and feel make it enjoyable to use and something I look forward to applying. Side note : comes with a little spoon of application.
