I have a mild case of toenail fungus, yellowing discoloration and lifting of the nail. Be sure to gently file the peak surface of the nail and get the ointment under and all around the nail. After using this brush on treatment and the patches at night for two weeks I have noticeable improvement and whiter nails. I will have to order more patches soon though. Everything I have read says fungal treatment takes a long time so I'm going to hang in there longterm. This doesn't work overnight but I appreciate the results so far.
