    Great product

    I've used three different protein powder since I've started lifting, this, isopure, and pure protein. Grabbed this since it was on sale. By far the best. It dissolves fully, and it only takes like 10-20 seconds of stirring, which is what impresses me most. The fact it tastes amazing is a definitely a bonus. The others tasted meh and took absolutely forever to stir and never fully dissolved. This is where it's at.

    the BEST protein bars

    I really thought this Cookies & Cream flavor was a lost cause. As a shake, it was just not for me-chalky and weirdly sweet. I almost threw it out.Then I tried using it as a base for protein bars, and suddenly it became one of the best things in my pantry. The flavor works beautifully when mixed with nut butters and add‑ins.My go‑to recipe:- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter- 1/4 cup hazelnut chocolate spread- Mix together- Add 2 scoops protein powder gradually- Add 2 tbsp MCT oil (or coconut oil)- Add 3 more scoops of powder, one at a time- Add almond flour if you want a firmer texture- Fold in your favorite extras (nuts, coconut, dried fruit, cereal, etc.)- Shape and refrigerateThese come out rich, fudgy, and honestly better than most store‑bought bars. If you don't love this flavor as a shake, don't give up-make bars instead.
