    High end concealer at a low cost

    This is an excellent concealer. I was not expecting this quality for such a low price. I'm over 60 with combination light skin. Cool/neutral undertones. I got the shade 10 fair cool. The pigmentation is fantastic but also very creamy and non drying. I do set with a powder but sometimes I don't and I don't have creasing. I've applied with my fingers and a brush. It has a nice doe foot applicator and the tube it comes in is very easy to use.

    Vegan and cruelty free. Has hibiscus and moisturizing qualities. It's Great quality I love elf product. I have heavy dark circles and have always loved elfs products because the pigment covers blemishes very well. It's lightweight but buildable and blends really well on the skin.
