Gorgeous mat
This mat is gorgeous! I do dip nails and do my nails over this mat. It's easy to shake out if powder gets on it without clinging.There was a strong plastic smell when it first arrived but I just kept it in my garage for a couple days and the smell went away

Gorgeous....but air it out first.
I got this for my daughter to do her nail polish on her antique vanity table. It is absolutely gorgeous, so sparkly, girly and fun. Honestly though, it really needed to be aired out for several days before being able to use it. The chemical or glue smell was atrocious at first. I even sprayed it with Febreeze, washed it in Dawn, hung it out in the sun... Finally, the smell was gone. It's perfect, now. 🙂 My daughter loves it. It's amazingly sturdy after all those washings. Didn't lose a single sparkle.
