Product details

Ensure your baby stays dry and comfortable throughout the night with the Ecoable Merino Wool Diaper Cover. Designed specifically for overnight cloth diapering, this premium cover serves as the perfect solution for parents struggling with leaks from standard covers or disposables. Crafted in Germany from 100% organic merino wool, this double-knit cover utilizes the natural properties of wool to regulate moisture effectively.

When paired with a fitted cloth diaper or prefold, the wool fibers absorb excess moisture, keeping your baby’s outer clothing and bedding completely dry. The natural lanolin content within the wool provides superior leak protection while remaining breathable and gentle against sensitive skin. This pull-on style features a wide, soft waistband and flexible leg cuffs that can be folded to ensure a secure, customized fit over even the thickest diapers.

Ideal for babies needing a reliable, chemical-free, and sustainable diapering solution, this natural-fiber cover offers long-lasting performance and exceptional comfort through all seasons.

  1. Before the first use, the wool cover must be treated with a lanolin soak to activate its water-repellent properties.
  2. Pull the cover on over a fitted or prefolded cloth diaper.
  3. Ensure the waistband and leg cuffs are snug against the skin.
  4. When the cover becomes soiled or loses effectiveness, hand wash gently with wool-specific detergent and re-lanolize as needed.

FAQs

Why use a wool diaper cover for overnight cloth diapering?

Wool is naturally moisture-wicking and breathable, making it excellent for absorbing excess wetness while keeping bedding dry. It is highly effective for heavy wetters and overnight use when synthetic covers may leak.

Do I need to wash wool diaper covers after every use?

No, wool is naturally antibacterial and self-cleaning. You typically only need to wash the cover if it becomes soiled or after several weeks of use once it loses its lanolin protection.

Is this product suitable for sensitive baby skin?

Yes, this cover is made from 100% organic merino wool without chemical additives, making it a gentle, natural-fiber choice for babies with sensitive skin.

Are these products authentic and available in India?

Yes, all products offered by Dropy are authentic USA-imported items. We source our inventory directly to ensure you receive genuine, high-quality products delivered to your doorstep in India.

What does lanolizing mean?

Lanolizing is the process of soaking the wool cover in a lanolin solution. This replenishes the natural wool fats, which are essential for making the cover water-resistant and preventing leaks.
