    Really enjoying so far!

    I'm about 30 days into using this and I enjoy it so far! I started with one scoop a day and have built up to 2 rounded scoops about 1 hr before working out. I saw somewhere that 3000mg is the amount needed per day (1 scoop of this is 1000) to see claimed effects so I do take this in conjunction with another supplement that has 1500mg of acetyl l-carnitine (along with some other supplements as well); but I take the other supplement in the morning, hours before this.I take this just before drinking an energy drink as my pre workout. I've forgotten this at home before and I do feel like I don't build as much of a sweat/internal heat without it. I also haven't noticed any weird/unpleasant side effects at all. I think the value for the money is solid, I appreciate having it in powder form instead of pill form and will most likely continue to purchase.I like to mix this with a vitamin water 0 or some other hydration drink but water does the trick when I'm unable to. It has a slight sour (and mildly salty) taste to it but if you've taken supplements before it's nothing super unpleasant especially compared to some others supplements. Overall would recommend.

    It's a bit on the pricey side, but I've been loyal to it all year and I've lost 20 pounds since Feb. I have a hard time loosing weight no matter how much I work out and eat good, ever since I had my 1 year old. For a better effect I would take this powder and a pre workout before working out . You'll start loosing inches quickly .
