    Best concealer I've owned!

    I had tried so many different under eye concealers (I have very bad dark purplish circles) to find one that doesn't settle into the lines around my eyes by the middle of the day due to smiling. Even the $30 concealers failed. I tried ELF because it's Vegan and it was very affordable. After using ELF moisturizer I use 2 layers of concealer to hide my dark circles. It covers well and never settles into lines. Finally!
