    I'm pleased I did

    I've been using the e.l.f. brush. Total Face makeup brush for a a handful of weeks. The bristles are quite plush, and feel good on my face compared to other brushes I have used, which feel prickly. The grasp is smooth, a decent length to hold on to, and fits in my makeup bag. 😉). It has spacious enough bristles to cover my whole face and neck with about 8-9 brush strokes, and I'm done! (Don't let the secret out! I specifically typed in "powder brush" to find this e.l.f. I haven't seen any stray bristles falling out on my skin either, so I think it's very effectively-crafted. It's a great brush for anyone to try. You can't beat the price at $3.00! brush! I apply my Total Face brush with Physicians Formula Mineral Wear powder, and I get a fine, even airbrush-like look and feel to my skin. I got a great brush for little funds...win-win! I am fairly brand-new to using powder makeup, but I seem to have hit a winner with this e.l.f.

    Thinnest brush i noticed

    Great for the price. The funky shaped brush with an angled ferrule (metal part where brush attaches to the hairs) is the unsung hero of this imo.The brushes with angled fibers works well applying powder to eyebrows; the pointed ones work ok for picking up wetted shadow to use as eyeliner (though be aware that they're incredibly rigid).I had hopes of using the broader short brushes for tightlining my top lashes as I've seen on YouTube etc., but I have an irritating essential tremor and couldn't ever make it work.What does work REALLY well for tightlining is the brush with an angled ferrule (a brush I had no idea how to use, but just one morning said "let's try this!"). I then pivot the brush so the 45 degree angle is pointing up, just under my summit lash line. Goes on beautifully, even with shaky hands!I've been using this set for almost a year and still holding up like a champ. I take some hue on the very tip of it from a Wet n Wild Breakup Proof gel eyeliner--the finest out there for this purpose, tho sadly maybe discontinued?

    Game. Changer.

    This brush has finally allowed me to make even lines! I've always had an issue in one corner being thicker than the other- I had no idea it wasn't my substantial hand but the brush itself! As other reviewers have pointed out, it can be a bit sharp and pokie, but I'll deal with it to have remarkable eyeliner.
