    I have searched high and low for powdered foundation that is talc free and matches my complexion. E.l.f knows what they're doing! This powder looks like a moisturized matte. Buildable and full coverage. I have hyperpigmentation and 0 breakouts. Better price than these other brands that are not as good and I've spent a lot of money on other brands. E.l.f. gets my vote every time! Don't sleep on it!
