    Best plumper i've ever tried

    I absolutely LOVE the lip plumper. It almost has a petroleum jelly feel and unfortunately half of the product was stuck on the top of the cap by the time i opened my package (it was delivered on a hot day) BUT the product is great. It does have a strong scent but it made my lips so soft and plump about three minutes after application.I am not a huge fan of the lip primer, it seems a little too light for me, maybe if it was a more pink toned shade it would work better with my choice of lipsticks.Overall I y love this product because of the plumper but i would advise you purchase it in a store to avoid the possibility of the plumper melting.

    Excellent!

    I use this all the time, and I absolutely love it. You can tell there's cinnamon in the lip plumping side, which I personally don't mind, as its natural and I know what's gone into it. I'd much rather buy this than other products which half the chemicals in it, I've never heard of before. The primer is brilliant, it makes my lipstick last all day, just be careful not to out too much on, and you won't get a layer that resembles very light concealer. I couldn't recommend this product enough! A must buy for everyone who wants plumper lips, and primer in one! I have very thin lips so definitely saw a difference using this. Fab! ++++

    Seriously, the BEST lip primer on the market

    Ive used more expensive lip primers but they can't compare to this brand. None of them. Its perfect to help lipstick stay put and it extends the wear so one doesn't have to keep reapplying lipstick. Which TBH is really frustrating isn't it? I apply it to my lips with a small amt of translucent face powder. (i just dot the powder with a makeup sponge or cotton applicator pad to my lips) as this helps "fix" with the primer and keeps lipstick from fading. Wonderful product! ELF rocks it!

    Great Primer!!! Works like promised!! ....amazing amount of product for price point!!

    Primer works really well...keeps lipstick in place since I've been fighting the dreaded bleed-over that plagues us as we age!!! Cylinder is a little longer than a lipstick tube but contains an amazing amount of product....and a little goes a long way. I'm into my 3rd month with my original purchase with daily use, sometimes using the primer multiple times throughout the day & night...yes, I'm a coffee drinker...a bit of a foodie so I do have to reapply.Can't say as the Plumper part did any "plumping" at least for me, but it smells like cinnamon candy and gives a nice zingy, tingle when applied. I apply a small amount of the Plumper before the Primer....it acts like a lip gloss/balm that lets me smooth out the primer more evenly before applying my lip color. Love this product, great find....will reorder again! You can not beat the price for such a great product...
