  Perfection in a bottle at a great price!

  Purchased in the shade Cable Knit for $10 and free delivery.This has got to be one of the best ELF new product releases and possibly best ever eyeshadow formula. It feels like luxury! Soft, creamy liquid formula that applies incredibly well with the applicator included. Blends in so easily and effortlessly with a brush or your finger. Can be blended in to look more like a contour or shadow or built up to highlight the gorgeous neutral to cool tone brown colour. It dries into a very soft and silky texture that doesn't budge.This specific shade, Cable Knit, is perfection. A dream come true that can function as multiple different products. Gorgeous as an everyday one a done all over eyeshadow that takes two seconds to look flawless. Create or define the contour of your eye as it's the perfect mid tone that you can blend into nothing if wanted. Dark and deepen the outer corner or lash line as it's very buildable.It's also one of the best contour shades for the face I've found after a very long search. For reference I'm a 48 year old white woman with light-medium skin and neutral undertones and it's spot on perfect. Have used it under the cheek bone, sides of nose, the underneath jaw area as well as on the neck and it's honestly the best product and shade and at the best price I've ever found!Have also used it to add in a wee bit of cool tone into my eyebrows. It works amazing and perfect in a pinch but it's not the best shade for my personal needs.Recently heard it's a spot on dupe for an extremely expensive high end liquid shadow but cannot say for certain as I've never tried the other product. Honestly I never will because this ELF eyeshadow is phenomenal! They've somehow captured magic in a bottleSuper glad that they are going back to a more reasonable price point and want to congratulate ELF for coming to that very important realization!Very highly recommend this product and I'm going to purchase another just incase it sells out or they raise the price.Hopefully this helps anyone who needs it.

  Am fond of it!

  This is an excellent everyday eyeshadow that's minimalist, but doesn't make you look like you just rolled out of bed. I love that layering it changes the look and using a flat brush can rim your eyes. It's not drying and the color is exactly as pictured. I haven't experienced eye irritation at all. It's really long lasting once it dries and doesn't smudge. The coverage is beautiful; easy to spread out. Texture is smooth and easy to blend.

  Now on permanent rotation in my makeup bag

  Warning: Your $8 will quickly multiply, as you apply this magic for the first time -- and then grab your phone to order every color you can get your hands on. It's that good.This is the eyeshadow for those of us who love easy, subtle, polished eye looks that stay put.Just use a tiny dot to start with. Less is really more, and it's buildable. I especially love the way this formula softly blends to the gods -- look Ma, no harsh lines! -- before drying down to unbudgable. I usually use a brush, but a fingertip does fine when I'm in a rush.These shadows dry down velvet smooth and soft. They don't crease on my 62 year-old lids, even without prep. Micellar water takes it off, but plain water won't.The colors are subtle and gorgeous. I now have three in permanent rotation: Beige and Bougie, Cable Knit and Toasted.Beige is especially great as an all-over base for powder shadow when you're feeling extra (a quick press of light shimmer on the lid is gorgeous). Alone, it's a very fast yet polished no-makeup look.The two darker colors, I usually use for gently contouring my crease, with a tiny bit underneath my eye, using a very fine brush and blended out and up towards the end of my eyebrow into a super-soft smudged "wing." But either of the brown colors also work well on my eyelids as one-and-done to emphasize my blue eyes.The hack here is to dot sparingly and blend one eye at a time.I'm an admitted makeup fanatic (send help), but my budget doesn't match. All three of these Elf shadows cost less than a single Makeup by Mario or Armani they dupe. That's what I'm talking about, Elf.

  Great Everyday Eyeshadow

  Love this liquid eyeshadow! It goes on smoothly, blends easily, and dries quickly without feeling heavy. The color is beautiful and lasts throughout the day with very little creasing. Great quality for the price, and a little goes a long way. Would definitely purchase again.
