How to use

So I bought this because it was cost-effective. Surely advocate 100% Effortless to use. The highest coat is reasonably lustrous. All I can say is wow. The base is not too solid but not so thin that it pools around the nail bed. I've purchased some that the top coat was dull but this stuff stay shiny. It wasn't the cheapest but not the most costly either. I love this stuff.
