- Apply a second layer of activator and wait two minutes. 8.
- Finish with a top coat and allow to dry completely.

Consistency is too coarse
I usually use Azure Beauty brand, but I was enticed by this beautiful color. The color was as expected, and the glitter is fun, but the consistency of the powder is too coarse. This makes it hard to get smooth edges, and I feel the nails fracture more easily because the powder isn't fine. I got pretty fair results by putting on one coat of this as a base, and then adding two more coats of a very fine Azure Beauty clear over the top. Sorry, but overall I will stick with Azure Beauty.
