FAQs
What are mesh tarps used for?
Mesh tarps are primarily used for covering loads in pickup trucks and utility trailers where cargo containment is needed rather than water repellency. The breathable mesh allows air to flow through, reducing wind drag and flapping during transit.
How big is a 6x8 ft tarp?
A 6 by 8 foot tarp measures approximately 1.8 meters wide by 2.5 meters long, making it perfectly sized for standard pickup truck beds and smaller utility trailers.
What does mesh size mean for tarps?
Mesh size or density refers to the closeness of the weave, determining how much airflow and shade the tarp provides while maintaining structural tear resistance for hauling loose debris.
Is this Erickson mesh tarp an authentic imported product available in India?
Yes, this is an authentic USA-imported Erickson product. Dropy sources all items directly from the United States to ensure genuine quality for customers in India.
Does this tarp protect cargo from rain?
No, this mesh tarp is designed for breathability and airflow, meaning it is not water-resistant and should be used for loads that do not need to be kept dry.
