    Decent tasting. Good results.

    I'm not a body builder. I don't even go to the gym. (Although I might if there was one where I live. However, my job involves alot of sustained physical activity for 6-8 hour stretches. Some days up to 10-12 hours. Two doctors I know (husband and wife) turned me on to this product. Honestly, it feels like my body says thank you when I drink it. I feel like my body absorbs it.I like the taste just fine. For me I use about a single scoop in about 6 ozs of water. I don't remember what they recommend, nd I'm too lazy to get up to go look. I tried a different brand of BCAAs that was horrible tasting. And it didn't have the same affect overall.

    Great taste and helps this old man recover after hiking.

    I hike, on average, 8 to 10 miles every weekend in the local national Forests or State Parks here in Texas. I am by no means a spring chicken (55) and I hated how long it took for my body to recover after hiking in the blast furnace that is Texas Summers. When I start my hike, I take 2 scoops and add them to a blender bottle with 16oz of water topped off with ice. The added energy given as compared to an energy drink is night and day. You don't suffer from from a sugar rush nor the crash when it is all over. If it is a technical hike, and/or extremely hot, I will make a second bottle with 2 scoops for recovery while I eat my lunch. With this combination, I have noticed that my body recovers a lot faster and I feel like I could hike again the following day. Before these BCAA's, I used to hike strictly on Saturdays and spend Sundays licking my wounds. No more. I can now hike on a Sunday and go to work Monday.No syrup taste, not sickening sweet, mixes great even without a blender bottle, and the flavor makes it even better. I recommend this to all of my hiking buddies. The only side affect that you might experience is a tingling in your face. This just shows me that it's working.
