Product details
Description
Exo Terra Coco Husk is a premium, one hundred percent natural tropical terrarium substrate designed for humidity-loving reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates. Made from sustainable coconut husk fiber grown on tropical Asian plantations, this ecological bedding naturally regulates air humidity levels, supporting healthy skin shedding and reducing the risk of respiratory issues in your pets.
Ideal for frogs, salamanders, ball pythons, and burrowing animals, its unique hygroscopic properties stimulate natural digging and tunneling behaviors. This substrate is triple machine washed to eliminate residual salt content, then thoroughly dried and heat-treated to decrease bacterial contamination, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
With superior water retention, enhanced soil drainage, and improved aeration, it promotes the growth of beneficial waste-reducing organisms that keep your terrarium fresh. It is non-toxic, free of chemicals, and completely safe for your exotic pets.
How to use
