FAQs
Do I need a special pencil sharpener for Faber-Castell coloured pencils?
While regular pencils fit standard sharpeners, premium extra-thick coloured pencils and jumbo crayons require an enlarged opening. This product is specifically engineered with a wider aperture to fit those thick profiles perfectly while protecting the soft leads from breaking.
How does the innovative safety click mechanism work on this model?
The internal cutting blade remains completely blocked and inaccessible to curious fingers under normal conditions. It mechanically unlocks only when a pencil is pushed straight into the sharpener, ensuring total peace of mind during independent study or play.
Can a child use this sharpener independently without hurting their fingers?
Yes, this product is explicitly designed for children's safety. The combination of a cut-proof guard, secure internal screws, and an enclosed body ensures that little hands never come into direct contact with the sharp edge.
