- Tap or brush off the excess powder. 4.
- Apply another thin layer of base liquid. 5.
- Dip into the color powder. 6.
- Tap or brush off the excess. 7.
- Apply an activator coat and wait 2 minutes. 8.
- Buff the nails lightly with a file. 9.
- Apply a second activator coat and wait 2 minutes. 10.
- Apply a final top coat and allow to dry fully.
