What are the best cage accessories for a chinchilla?

Is natural wood safe for chinchillas to chew on?

Spot clean the wooden surfaces using a damp cloth and a pet-safe, non-toxic sanitizer solution. Allow the entire platform to air dry completely before placing it back into the cage habitat to prevent any moisture build-up.
