FAQs
Which pickguard is better, a 1-ply or a 3-ply?
A 1-ply pickguard offers a slim, traditional vintage look characteristic of early 1950s models, while a 3-ply pickguard features a middle black layer for added thickness and a more modern contrast. Choosing between them depends entirely on your preferred aesthetic style and historical accuracy for your instrument.
Does Fender sell 1-ply pickguard?
