    Best eyeliner ever!

    I dont understand these comments. I'm wondering if their liberal came from a bad batch. I didnt order mine online but its the best ever as you find in other reviews elsewhere, and any assistant at a makeup counter will tell you. Its dark & stays on ALL DAY without any smudging!
