    Beautiful matte color for a lip outline. Goes on smooth and soft. I unfortunately lost the cap and it dried out. I sharpened it down, a piece broke off, and I made a cap out of foil. Now I keep it home and try to not keep it in my purse.These are all operator errors, not product errors. You'll love it. Buy it.
