    It Truly Is A Gym for Your Face - Loving It So Far!

    I've been into the fitness world for a while, but I'd never thought about working out my face until I found FitFaceX. It's basically resistance training for your face and neck muscles, which sounded odd at first, but I decided to give it a try.The kit is solid and easy to use, with clear instructions and workout videos that guide you through everything. Just scan the QR code or go to the website and everything is right there. After the first week, I noticed my face looking more toned and just felt more powerful. Ancient humans chewed somewhere around 4-6 hours per day and now that we don't need to chew down our food, our face muscles and such get weak.I recommend working it into a daily routine and the first few workouts, especially ChinX or the mouthpieces, will be uncomfortable but as every gym rat knows, no pain no gain! The muscles in your face can actually get sore, just like any other muscle. Once the soreness and initial discomfort went away (after a couple of days), I'm thoroughly enjoying using it! I take it with me when I travel.If you're into fitness or self-care, FitFaceX is a great addition. It's effective, portable, and feels like an investment in yourself. Definitely worth a try.

    After two weeks of use

    I received my package a few days after ordering. It was packaged nicely with each tool in its own section of the box. Included was a stand to keep the tools on so that you can keep them in a place where you can see them every day as a reminder to do your exercises. There were instructions with a QR code to download videos for assembly and how to use each tool. After downloading I watched the video to assemble the Chin x device. I must admit I had to watch it several times because you couldn't rewind it. You could pause it but not rewind. It wasn't really difficult but I was having trouble seeing that I had it the correct way when trying to weave the belt into the headset. Once I finally got that part done I moved onto the basic instructional videos showing how each device is used. On the basic videos someone just gives you a quick demonstration. After watching each of those I moved onto the video where a woman goes into a whole workout using each device and she explains the moves thoroughly, how you can build your workout as you get stronger and the muscles each device is working, etc. That video was the most helpful. I have been following what I learned from that video for 2 weeks and decided to post my results so far. I'm not the best at picture taking but I do believe my jawline is more defined. I'm going to continue to use the tools. I use them every day as part of my evening routine. Just takes a few minutes. I sneak away into my room and do the routine where nobody can see me. I know while doing the exercises I look crazy and drool is sometimes involved. Lol... In the video with the workout the presenter mentions there are more videos that show different workouts to use. I think I'm ready to progress onto a more difficult workout. I hope in a few weeks to see even better results and to post more pics. I purchased this because lately I had been looking in the mirror lifting my face at certain points thinking if I could Just lift this a tiny bit I'd look rested, better. I do believe it's helping. I'm not expecting miracles. I am a senior citizen and just want to keep a jawline, at least for a few more years.*************Adding updated photos. Before in blue shirt when I began in August, next photo with my hair draped on one shoulder, is my result as of October 25th. I tried to use two pictures where my I'm just looking forward and my neck is not tilted up or down. I believe my neck and jawline are much more defined. When I look in the mirror and see my neck now it doesn't make me cringe anymore. I feel like my neck looks less creapy too. I'm very happy and will continue to use these tools faithfully every night like I have been.

    LOVING My Results!!

    I've tried everything from face yoga to all sorts of gadgets and creams, but let me tell you, nothing-absolutely nothing-has worked like this FitFaceX. How did no one think of this sooner? Just three months into my face workouts and people are starting to ask, "Did you have some work done?" or "what diet are you trying now?" My cheekbones are my favorite change!
