Works!
I didn't have a whole lot of expectations for this, but it actually works! I run and walk barefoot and sometimes couldn't for days or weeks on end, due to painful cracks. I tried this stuff, and haven't had a crack since.

Not too harsh, not too weak, it's just right
I have using flexitol products for many years to treat my dry heels. I love the cream, but it was very strong and I always had to wash my hands after using it. This product is less harsh and I can put it on my heels and don't feel like I have to wash my hands after. It sits by me in the evening while I watch TV and has really made a difference in my dry heels.

IT WORKS!
I bought this because I got tired of my foot being cracked. I shaved it every few days and it would still be cracked and not smooth. I decided to try this out. I gave it three days to use, day and night like the bottle says. And it definitely worked. I'm not scratching my bed sheets anymore and it feels better than ever. My feet is smooth and I am going to continue to use it. I'm not sure if it'll work if your cracked feet is really bad. Mine wasn't.
