    Slowly turning my makeup vanity area into a mini nail salon :)

    Because I have a little kid, my schedule is really her schedule, and my immune system is totally shot so I haven't really been able to keep up with nail appointments the way I would like to. Instead I switched over to investing more in polish colors I like, practicing gel, and using press-ons. And so I've amassed quite a collection that I use a rolling cart at my makeup vanity area now. My sister in law joked that it's like I have a mini salon in my house. I guess she's right! So the addition of these "120 Pcs Nail Polish Swatch Dots with Adhesive Stickers, Clear Round False Nail Display Tips for Nail Art Color Display Chart, Gel Polish Training, Practicing & Salon Supplies (Transparent)" helped bump me up a notch, and I love that these were under $5 so I didn't drop a lot into organizing.These swatch dots are not flat. They are slightly convex, but they are clear and transparent. It is easy for to apply nail polish onto them. They are just large enough to be able to see the color clearly, but small enough to be adhered onto the lids of the polish bottles if you wish (using the included adhesive). This is so much better than what I was doing before, which was using a variety of random clear transparent acrylic nails and sticking them on with putty. It looked kind of creepy to be honest LOL like, all these random floating painted fingernails. This is much more clean and organized. And it comes with 120! Much more than I even needed, so this should last me a while until I need to buy another set.

    Faultless solution for my polish bottles

    These swatch dots are exactly what I needed! They fit perfectly on top of both gel and regular lacquer bottles, so I can see the color at a glance even when they're in a drawer. No more guessing which shade is which or pulling out dozens of bottles searching for the one to match my swatch stick.Sadly mine arrived without the included adhesive dots, but I already own some from creating my swatch card binder so that wasn't a real issue for me.There is no filter or tint from the dot itself, they're perfectly clear and accept both types of polish without too much shrinkage.Overall these are perfect for those who like to store their polishes in a desk drawer and need to see colors without pulling each bottle out looking for the one you want.
