A Clean and Fresh Summer Perfume with Woody, Fig, Lemony Aromas
I received the Flower Knows Unicorn Perfume in a sealed box, and it was in excellent condition. I was very pleased by the appearance of this perfume. The packaging and design is artistic, beautiful, and magical. The aroma is also quite unique. It is a "clean" scent with a soapy opening that has a crisp, bubbly, and fresh profile, somewhat of a laundered linen scent. Other main accords include white floral, citrus, fruits, woody (almost like oud), and sweet (fig). It is an incredibly aromatic scent, and the reward of wearing it comes from the dry down, which has a subdued echo of hypnotic, woody-fig-linen warmth with a light lemony zest. It reminds me of a perfume I used to wear called White Rabbit, that smelled like fresh laundered linen and black tea. I do have to admit this perfume is very unique and unlike any other in my collection, but I am pleasantly surprised by the sillage it leaves behind. It is just my style. It may smell differently on everyone, but it works very well for me. It is a lovely perfume that is perfect for summer, as its clean and fresh quality contrasts with the heavy heat of the season. It's a nice crisp scent that I am glad to have tried, and will now become a part of my treasured perfume collection.

I recently discovered this brand, and had ordered a couple of beauty items from them that I loved. I'm a huge fragrance lover, and I have wanted to try a Flower Knows perfume for so long. I was super excited to order this Flower Knows Unicorn Eau de Parfum in the Midsummer Fig scent.This perfume is in a beautiful, ethereal looking bottle; I love the translucent looking purple color of the bottle, as well as the unicorn top. The unicorn top is essentially the top of the lid, so I am very careful when I open or pull off the lid.This is a gorgeous bottle of perfume, and it looks so pretty on my vanity. I will say that the perfume was presented very well, and would make for a very thoughtful gift idea.The perfume itself is a very unique mix of scent notes, and it smells different than many fragrances I've tried. I typically go for more gourmand fragrances; however, I am exploring new fragrances recently.I really like the way this perfume smells, because it's a light, crisp, fresh, floral, and citrusy fragrance. The different fragrance notes of this Midsummer Fig scent profile includes:•Top Notes: Grapefruit, Lemon, Fig•Middle Notes: Jasmine, Rose, Lily of the Valley•Base Note: CedarI love how this perfume smells when I initially spray it on my skin, as well as when it dries down. A perfume will smell differently on different body chemistries; I really like how refreshing, clean and pleasant this perfume smells. Also, it has great longevity, and has lasted up to 6-7 hours for me.I love this Flower Knows Unicorn Midsummer Fig Eau de Parfum, and it had quickly become one of my favorite fragrances. It's a great perfume for summer, in my personal opinion; however, this perfume I would wear all year around.I'm very impressed with the overall quality of this perfume, as well as it's unique look. Woodsy and Crisp Daytime Perfume
It smells like walking through the woods after a fresh rain. I didn't feel like this perfume had super strong floral notes to it. Instead, I found it to have a woody, grassy structure that is clean and inviting.I detest perfumes with overpowering floral tones that eventually remind me of my grandma's bedroom. There is none of that with this fragrance.The product description talks about fruity and floral notes like lemon, grapefruit, jasmine and rose but my nose didn't pick up any singular smell for these. Rather, the scent came across as complex yet harmonious somehow.I love how long it lasted on me and nearly as soon as I walked out of the house, I started getting compliments. I wore it to work and it fit that milieu well so it strikes me more as a daytime fragrance. Plus, it was gentle on my sensitive skin (and met my cruelty free requirements) so I had no itching issues like some cheap perfumes can give me.The fresh, woodsy scent I carried put me in a confident mood all day long. That was really nice.PS As with all Flower Knows products, the packaging (glass ribbed bottle with lavender unicorn cap) is absolutely stunning. Gorgeous, vibrant colors and whimsical designs are FK hallmarks.
