After having to deal with fungus on both large toenails, one for more than three years, the other over a year, I had little hope for this product to work. The one toenail is wholly grown out and healthy and the one with the older problem is 3/4's of the way there. Will continue to use the item and I hope that eventually I will be successful. I transferred several drops of the article to the nail polish applicator bottle. I will continue to rub it in on a daily basis until the package is empty. I am happy to advocate this product to others who are struggling with this issue and I hope it functions for you the same as it did for me.EDITAfter having success with the remission of fungal issues on the toe on one foot, I am still struggling to get the other foot under control from the fungus. I purchased a nail polish applicator bottle and brush to apply this item and get it under the nail. I have tried virtually everything short of surgery to get rid of it. It is like an oil and once I got it under the nail, I also rubbed it into the nail itself following package directions.
