A Very Decent Berberine Complex
At the moment, Berberine is being touted for its many benefits, so I thought I would give it a try.The Forest Leaf Advanced Dual Berberine HCl Complex has several other herbal ingredients, such as ceylon cinnamon, bitter melon, and gymnema that support the benefits of berberine.The bottle contains 90 capsules that were easy to swallow. The bottle should last 45 days if the recommended dosage is followed.I have not experienced any type of gastro issues after taking the capsules for the last 8 days and whether it's coincidental or not, I've lost 2 lbs and seem to be full of energy.

Fine blend for Berberine complex
I have been taking Berberine for some time, and I like the ingredients/blend that this one has, including the Gymnema, Bitter Melon, and Cinnamon Bark. I look forward to seeing what kind of results it will add when taking the additional botanical supplements together with the berberine.500mg/capsule is a good standard amount for a 2 cap dose.

Excellent berberine supplant--Tested for potency! Free pill holder!
This is a great berberine supplement with some nice additional ingredients--ceylon cinnamon, bitter melon, and gymnema. This is a great mix for heart, liver and sugar support. 100% natural and free of artificial additives, including sugar, gluten, dairy, nuts and soy. This is still made in the USA! This item also comes with a nice pill holder so you don't forget to take them!

Good Berberine
This seems to be some high quality berberine. Assuming the claims of it being 3rd party tested, GMP certified, and made in the USA are all true, that's about as good as it gets for supplements. The pill case that comes with this is a nice addition as well. This contains an efficacious dose of berberine along with some other interesting ingredients that bolster the quality of this supplement. I take berberine about 30 minutes before a meal 1-3 times a day depending on whether I remember or not. I've read that 500mg is an effective dose so if I'm taking it multiple times a day I might just take 1 capsule instead of 2. I've tried a lot of different berberine supplements and this is one of the best ones I've had so far!
