Description
The Fox Racing Youth Launch Elbow Guard is a premium piece of protective body armor specifically engineered for young mountain bikers and motorsports enthusiasts who need dependable impact safety without compromising on trail comfort. This youth-specific elbow pad strikes the ultimate balance between heavy-duty abrasion resistance and complete mobility.
Featuring removable, CE-certified D3O inserts, these guards utilize advanced shock-absorbing technology that remains flexible during normal movement but instantly hardens upon impact to shield smaller elbows from bruises and trail hazards. Designed with an ergonomic, pre-curved shape, the guard fits naturally around a child's arm to support their active riding style.
The slip-on sleeve construction is paired with reliable hook and loop adjusters and an extra-wide elastic gripper finished with silicone print, ensuring the gear stays securely locked in place during high-energy runs. To keep young riders cool during intense summer sessions, the back panel is constructed from a lightweight, moisture-managing mesh fabric that maximizes continuous airflow.
This imported product is excellent for young riders looking to build confidence on technical trails while staying safe.
How to use
- Slip the guard onto the arm, ensuring the pre-curved D3O protective padding is centered directly over the elbow joint.
- Pull the sleeve up until the silicone elastic gripper rests securely against the upper arm.
- Secure and tighten the hook and loop fastener straps at the top and bottom ends to achieve a snug, customized fit that does not restrict natural blood circulation.
- Adjust as needed before starting your ride.
