Is activated carbon good for cat litter?

How often should you change the charcoal filter in a cat litter box?
For the best odor control, it is recommended to change the filter pad every one to three months. The actual replacement frequency depends heavily on the number of cats in your home and how often the litter box is scooped.
Are these replacement filter pads safe for pets?
Yes, these filters are completely safe and non-toxic for both humans and cats. They utilize natural activated charcoal to absorb gaseous pollutants without releasing any chemical residues, dust, or synthetic scents.
