  2. Align the yellow mark on the film cartridge with the yellow mark inside the device chamber, then gently drop the pack into place without pressing the center sheets.
  3. Close the compartment door and let the device automatically eject the protective black film cover.
  4. Always store your unused film cartridges in a cool, dry environment and avoid exposing undeveloped photos to direct sunlight while they are processing.

Can you use Instax Square film in an Instax Mini camera?

No, you cannot use Instax Square film inside an Instax Mini camera. Square film has physical dimensions of 86mm by 72mm, which makes it too wide to fit into the smaller cartridge slots designed specifically for Mini cameras.

Does Instax Square film work with Polaroid cameras?

No, Instax Square film is not compatible with Polaroid cameras. They use entirely different internal chemical development systems, print sizes, and cartridge dimensions, meaning they cannot be interchanged.

What is the actual image size of an Instax Square print?

The entire sheet measures 86mm by 72mm. The actual image frame inside the classic white borders has a square measurement of 62mm by 62mm (or approximately 2.4 inches by 2.4 inches).
