  Solid Garden of Life Product

  I have been using Garden of Life products for years. I have never been disappointed. They are definitely more expensive than most and the high end realm. But, IMHO, it is worth it for the quality assurance and ingredients.These supplements are no different than other Garden of Life supplements. Well structured and clean. This pro-biotic combines pre-biotics, probiotics, and post-biotics with biotin and hyaluronic acid Very easy to take. I cannot speak to the "beauty" aspect, however, I can speak to the physiological benefit to a degree. My daughter also took these probiotics. She has very sensitive digestion issues. She believes it helped her so much she purchased her own bottle. She had been using "Coconut Cult", but these are actually more cost effective and easier to obtain.

  Pre Pro and Postbiotics for the Gut

  I've really like this probiotic so far. Unlike some probiotics I've tried, it hasn't caused me significant stomach discomfort, which is a huge plus. There isn't any odor or aftertaste.I also like that it contains prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics. The prebiotics help nourish the beneficial bacteria, and I appreciate that it includes postbiotics as well, since they can still provide benefits even if not all of the live probiotics make it through digestion. That gives me a little extra peace of mind.Overall, it seems like a well-formulated daily probiotic. It contains Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains, which are among the most well-studied for gut health, and it has a high CFU count. I also appreciate that it doesn't contain a bunch of unnecessary artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.   Easy to take, good ingredients

  Uses these for an entire month. Very easy to use, with no weird supplement smell. Good blend of ingredients and appears to work as well as another expensive probiotic that I have used previously with added benefits. I did notice less digestive issues and relief from stomach pain.Compared to similar items, a good value for a product containing pre, pro and post biotics in addition to beauty related supplement.I have purchased again, I was that impressed with the product.
