  Excellent brand, great supplement

  I got this product for myself as I have a lot of autoimmune and gut related issues. I defer to Garden of Life for most of our supplements - Vitamin D, multivitamins, B vitamins, vitamin K, etc. It is the only brand that brought my Vitamin D out of deficiency and into a great number, so I trust this brand wholeheartedly.If you need a sign to trust a brand, this is your sign. When I saw this product, I knew I wanted to try it.I wanted to wait until I could make a fully honest review on this product. I have a sensitive system and this product works well for me. I take just one capsule for now instead of two given my sensitivities as my system is easily tipped and I react to everything, but it's been a positive change that I can say it's a good quality product.The capsules are a decent size. They're not too large, and they go down well. They don't get stuck in your throat. There is no after taste and there is little smell to them.The price point is in line with others, but given this brand's quality and the trust I have in them, I feel $45-46 is worth it to feel better.

  The usual Garden of Life quality in a neuro-focused supplement

  I have been a user of Garden of Life products (various protein powders, vitamins, probiotics, omega, exercise recovery mixes, energy mixes) for several years, so I am definitely very biased in favor of the brand.That said, the nature of these Gut-Brain probiotics is always going to vary strongly by individual, to say nothing of the power of placebos. If the claimed effects are what you want, all you can do is experiment and see. For my part, I experienced no side effects - no digestive problems and no mood or cognitive problems. The pills are the typical Garden of Life - clear gelatin capsule that are easy to swallow.Atlhough the formula in total is a proprietary Garden of Life blend, the coffee fruit extract uses the NeuroFactor brand. Using branded ingredients is always a more expensive path, but it is reassuring that Garden of Life did not attempt to reinvent something that had already been created well by another party and is not attempting to cost cut the quality.

  Great Ingredients

  I'm pretty picky about supplements, especially probiotic and brain health blends, because there are so many questionable products out there with vague labels and mystery ingredients. This one honestly gave a good first impression right away. It arrived exactly like the listing photos, everything was sealed properly, clean, fresh, and there were no weird chemical smells when I opened the bottle, which is always something I notice with supplements.The packaging and label design also look very professional. Nothing about it feels cheap or sketchy. The ingredient list, certifications, dosage instructions, and strain information are all clearly laid out and easy to read. I really appreciate that level of transparency because it makes it much easier to trust what you're actually taking.What stood out most to me is the formula. It's not just another basic probiotic. You're getting a full gut-brain support blend with probiotics, prebiotics, postbiotics, mushroom extracts, antioxidants, and cognitive support ingredients all combined together. I especially liked seeing Lion's Mane, rosemary extract, resveratrol, and the coffee fruit extract included since those are ingredients I already look for separately in nootropic supplements.The probiotic side is also pretty impressive with 50 billion CFUs and multiple clinically studied strains. I like that they included prebiotic fibers too instead of relying only on probiotics by themselves. Everything in the formula seems intentionally put together instead of just stuffed with random trendy ingredients for marketing purposes.The capsules themselves are easy enough to take and I didn't notice any unpleasant aftertaste or stomach discomfort. Because of that, I'm extremely selective with what I order and I have zero reason to inflate ratings for products that don't deserve it.   Thoughtfully Formulated, Easy to Take

  I've taken quite a few probiotics over the years, here is my initial impression of these:What I liked:* No strange odor or unpleasant taste.* Easy-to-swallow capsules.* No stomach upset or digestive discomfort after taking them.* A well-thought-out formula that includes prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics instead of just probiotics alone.One thing I especially appreciate is the ingredient transparency. The probiotic strains are clearly identified, and the formula includes a nice variety of well-known species rather than relying on only one or two strains.I also like that the product goes beyond basic digestive support by including ingredients intended to support the gut-brain axis. Whether you're buying it for digestive health or overall microbiome support, the formula appears to be carefully designed.It's still too early for me to comment on long-term results, but based on the quality of the ingredients, the formulation, and how well I've tolerated it, I'm very pleased so far and would purchase it again.
