  Thoughtfully formulated daily supplement

These capsules are easy to take and combine several ingredients into one convenient daily supplement. I like that the formula includes prebiotics, probiotics, postbiotics, and additional supportive ingredients, so it doesn't feel like you need to juggle multiple products. The capsules are gentle on the stomach and have no noticeable aftertaste. After taking them consistently, they fit well into my daily routine and were easy to tolerate. I also appreciate that the formula is vegetarian, non-GMO, and gluten-free. The one-month supply is convenient, and the overall quality and packaging inspire confidence.

2-in-1 benefits for both menopause and gut health

If you are dealing with the annoying mix of menopause symptoms, the Garden of Life Menopause Probiotics is a great choice. It helps with a few different things at once. It has an herb called Black Cohosh to help calm down hot flashes and mood swings, plus a mineral called Chromium to keep your blood sugar steady and stop sweet cravings. It also has plenty of good bacteria (probiotics) to keep your gut happy. Since a healthy gut helps your immune system and your hormones work better, keeping your digestion on track right now is a big deal. Garden of Life is such a trustworthy brand, too-their clean ingredients have never let me down, so you know you're getting a quality supplement. The absolute best part about this supplement is how easy it is to take. You only have to take one single pill a day instead of two or three. It completely saves you the daily hassle of keeping track of multiple bottles or remembering to take pills at different times of the day. It is so nice to just swallow one capsule and be completely done with your probiotics and menopause support for the day.The only thing to keep in mind is that you have to be patient. While the digestive benefits work pretty fast, herbs take time to build up in your body. Also, because of how the herb is processed by your body, it's always a good idea to check with your doctor first if you have any past liver issues.

  Trusted Brand

I was pleased to receive these Garden of Life Menopause Probiotics, since Garden of Life is a brand I already use for multivitamins. If you go on the Garden of Life website, you can see the company's many third-party certifications, including an NSF certification, which increases my trust in the brand.I love how Garden of Life is now coming out with supplements that support the health of older women, since we are a group that is often neglected; it would be great if other companies follow suit!I can't speak to how effective this product is for hot flashes, night sweats, and mood swings because I'm not quite menopausal yet, but Black Cohosh is an herbal ingredient that may help with such menopausal symptoms. I do like that this product contains Chromium, a trace mineral that may improve insulin sensitivity, since blood sugar control is something that many older women struggle with.I also like that this supplement contains prebiotics (fiber that feeds the probiotics), probiotics, and postbiotics (ideal for inflammation), instead of just the usual probiotics. Not to mention, this product has 50 billion CFUs, with a nice variety of 13 probiotic strands--all great for gut health.

  Another Winner!

Wow! Another winner from a brand that I've used in the past! These are just what I was looking for. I'm an older lady who is post-menopausal and having a probiotic made just for someone like me is amazing and very thoughtful! The supplement is Verified Non-GMO, Certified Gluten free, is made in the USA (with globally sourced ingredients) and has so many awesome ingredients, I'm just elated! These contain pre and post biotech, Probiotics, Black Cohosh (just want I need!), and even some chromium! It's filled with 50 Billion CFU's of Probiotics, Organic Prebiotic (Fiber), and is in a simple, easy to swallow Vegetable Cellulose capsule. You only need one capsule a day, so this bottle will last an entire month. The lot number and the expiration date are stamped on the bottom of the bottle and also on the box. The company also includes the address and website, so they are easy to get in touch with if need be.After taking these for a few weeks, I just get the feeling that they are working. It's not something that I can explain, but I just feel "better"Taking into consideration that I love the company, love the ingredients, love the transparency, and love what these capsules contain, I will continue to take this on a daily basis.
