    Science-based hair growth supplement

    This is my new favorite hair growth supplement. It combines several research-backed ingredients in a simple 1-capsule daily format. Everything is third-party certified, vegetarian, and made without filler ingredients, which I always appreciate.Each capsule provides 100 mcg folate from organic lemon peel extract (25% DV). It also includes 12 mcg of vitamin B12 (500% DV). There's also 5.5 mg of zinc bisglycinate (50% DV), which is a bioavailable form that may help reduce hair shedding and support follicle health.Then the formula includes a few targeted ingredients that are the real stars of the show. ACTRISAVE is a combination of rice and prickly pear flower extracts (250 mg), with some early research supporting hair density and scalp health. It also includes 225 mg of VI-SPO saw palmetto extract, which has been clinically studied for DHT reduction and hair loss.     Easy to swallow

    Easy to swallow capsules. These have no taste or smell. Do they work? I'm not sure, my hair looks and feels the same. Maybe that's good. I don't know if i should see any results in a few days, weeks or months. This one bottle is a 30 day supply. I haven't heard of some of the ingredients, and I'm not sure what to expect. I'm going to finish off this bottle and if I have anything substantial to report, this will get an update.
