    Very reputable brand; interesting blend of ingredients

    I have regularly purchased other supplements from Garden of Life (B-complex & once daily multivitamins) for years and have been very satisfied with their quality & value. I saw they came out with this new supplement for promoting hair growth & have decided to give it a try as I trust the brand.I'm not in the balding category fortunately however I have noticed a bit of hair thinning as I get older. Basically I'm not in the market for dedicated hair growth/care products but I'll take some growth help when it's something easy like taking this kind of supplement. I'm not expecting big or quick results with taking this but rather more subtle improvements over time (hopefully). This supplement has a unique blend of ingredients that I myself haven't really seen elsewhere so we'll see how things go. Last thing I'll mention: I'm not usually a fan of supplements in gummy form but these are tolerable.I plan to update this review in a few weeks with my impressions after having been on it for a length of time. Stay tuned!

    Non-GMO Gummies

    It is too early to tell if the gummies will truly help with hair regrowth. They however are definitely helping my hair grow faster. The gummies aren't overly flavored which isn't a bad thing. They are also not overly sticky which is nice as well. I love the fact that they are non-gmo.

    Clinically studied hair growth

    This is a solid hair support gummy with a few well-chosen active ingredients. Each serving provides 1000 mcg of biotin (3,330% DV), which is a standard and widely used dose in hair supplements. It also includes Actrisave (250 mg), a blend of rice and prickly pear flower extracts that has some early research suggesting benefits for scalp health and hair density. There's also 2.5 mg of Bacillus coagulans SNZ 1969, a widely studied probiotic strain for gut health.I like that the ingredients are clean and it has less than 1 gram of sugar per serving with no added sugar, which is rare for a gummy. The fiber content is also a nice touch, providing 2g per serving, and the gummies taste good without being overly sweet or artificial.That said, this is a much simpler formula than the capsule version. It's mainly focused on biotin, and lacks key actives like zinc, clinically studied saw palmetto, and vitamin B12. For that reason, I much prefer their capsule version of this product.Overall - this is probably one of the best hair growth gummy products on the market, but it's missing the clinically studied saw palmetto that is usually combined with the Actrisave.
