    This is not only good for cardiovascular health but it also has added support for digestion and immune support.This is one averaged sized capsule that covers a lot of things. The capsule is of average size and is easy to swallow.I like that this has k2,methylated B vitamins, and probiotics. The folate, b6 and b12 all help your homocysteine levels and of course the probiotics are good for digestion.Garden of Life is a quality brand owned by Nestle that makes quality supplements When you are in a hurry or don't like taking multiple pills this is a good fit.
