  Garden of Life Fermented Liposomal Multivitamin

  I really like this multivitamin! Within 3 days of starting it I felt better and I noticed a boost in my metabolism. I had more energy and I think my digestion was working faster. Hard to explain it but I was more regular going to the restroom. I take it first thing in the morning with coffee and get going much faster. It is a smooth boost. This multivitamin has extra ingredients like berberine and probiotics. I think that is why it is working better for me than others have.
