    Fantastic probiotic! Helps a lot!

    These are great. I obviously haven't had my gut flora checked, but they seem to work well. My stomach has been much happier since I started taking these. My digestion seems to work better now, and I don't get nearly as many stomach aches now, and according to my OB these help reduce the risk of GBS during pregnancy and the risk of vaginal yeast infections. Don't know if it really does the latter, as I've never had one, but we'll see about the GBS next time I get pregnant!
